By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

All products and services offered through this website are subject to availability and approval. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
2. Dealer Accounts
Wholesale pricing and dealer access are strictly limited to approved customers. Approval is based on application review and submission of valid business and tax information.
3. Pricing
Retail (MSRP) prices are visible to all users. Wholesale pricing is available only to approved dealers after login.
Minimum Advertised Prices (MAP) must be maintained for a minimum of 180 days from the date product is shipped from our warehouse. Any violation may result in dealer privileges being revoked. Any sets containing multiple pieces will have the per-piece MAP outlined in the product description at the time of purchase.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Orders may require verification before processing.
5. Payment Terms
Approved dealers may be offered Net 30 payment terms unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in account suspension.
6. Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account login details. Any misuse of accounts may lead to termination of access.
7. Sales Channels
Dealers may sell our products only via the following methods:
Personal website
Ebay or other online auctions
Storefronts
Etsy
Trade shows
Sales shall not be allowed on secondary internet sites without prior written authorization such as:
Walmart
Target
Amazon
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
