Refund policy
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We aim to ensure all products are carefully inspected and properly packed before shipment. However, if any issue arises, the following return policy applies.
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Incorrect item has been shipped
- Manufacturing defect is identified upon receipt
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. Any request after this period may not be accepted.
All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund or replacement.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
